Reason for Recommendation:
Boundary Line Adjustment #06-0071 between Lot 111 and Lot 112 of Oak Tree Village - Unit No. 3, relocated the common side lot line of said parcels. The subsequent Record of Survey Map 29/134 that recorded in the County of El Dorado Recorder’s Office in January of 2007 changed the southwesterly portion of Lot 111. An application has been submitted by Alucinor Development Co., LLC, owner of Lot 111, and William A. Myers and Barbara E. Myers, owners of Lot 112, requesting that the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors vacate public utilities easements located on the rear boundary lines, and portions of the public utilities easements located on the side and common boundary lines, of said lots, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 125-613-05, and 125-613-06. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and "B", and depicted in Exhibit “C” of the attached Resolution.

The subject property is located on Jackson Court, east of Francisco Boulevard and west of El Dorado Hills Boulevard, in El Dorado Hills. Said action is necessary to accommodate planned construction of improvements on the subject lots.
