Background:
I.T. and Public Health have operated under similar MOU's during fiscal years 05/06 and 06/07.

Reason for Recommendation:
Public Health has no full time IT management and limited IT resources to handle the necessary management and day-to-day needs of the department.  Via this MOU I.T. is committing a portion of an IT Manager and the necessary PC, server and applications support staff to accommodate the needs of Public Health.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1)  Board Clerk shall forward one original copy of the fully executed MOU to I.T.
2)  I.T. will forward one copy of the fully executed MOU to Public Health.
3)  I.T. and Public Health shall abide by the terms of the MOU.
