Recommendations: Public utility easements, as shown on Village “I”, Lot C Final Map recorded in Book I of Subdivision Maps at Page 79, were irrevocably offered in perpetuity to the County of El Dorado in August of 2000, and accepted by the Board of Supervisors in October of 2000.

Boundary Line Adjustment #01-0031 between Lot 10 and Lot 11 of Village “I”, Lot C, relocated the common side lot line of said parcels. The subsequent Record of Survey Map 25/9 that recorded in the County of El Dorado Recorder’s Office in August of 2001 changed a portion of Lot 12 to Tract 4. An application has been submitted by Lori E. Lasecke and Brian K. Lasecke, owners of Tract 4, requesting that the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors vacate public utilities easements located on the side and rear boundary lines, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 123-210-21. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted in Exhibit “B” of the attached Resolution.
The subject property is located on Greenview Drive, west of Silva Valley Parkway and north of Serrano Parkway, in El Dorado Hills. Said action is necessary to accommodate planned construction of improvements on the subject lots.
