Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:The total funding for this agreement remains unchanged at $160,600 for the two year contract. There is no Change to Net County Cost.
 
Background: Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. has several locations throughout northern California to care for emotionally disturbed minors. Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. has been providing specialty mental health services for county minors for six years. These services include intensive day treatment, medication support services, and individual and group counseling to children and families.
 
Reason for Recommendation:This amendment is necessary to adjust the rates the vendor is allowed to charge, and will allow for the continued provision of specialty mental health services for emotionally disturbed youth. This agreement covers the period July 18, 2006 through July 17, 2008.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:Board Clerk's Office will forward the executed Amendment I to Mental Health for further processing.
