Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:The total funding for this agreement remains unchanged at $850,000 for the eighteen month contract. There is no Change to Net County Cost.
Background: Summitview Child Treatment Center has been providing specialty mental health services for county minors for five years. These services include day rehabilitation, crisis intervention, medication support services, and individual and group counseling to children and families.
Reason for Recommendation:This amendment is necessary to add the position of Parent Partner under the WRAP program. The amendment will also update several provisions of the current contract and give a more complete version of County expectations and requirements. This agreement covers the period December 5, 2006 through June 30, 2008.
Action to be taken following Board approval:Board Clerk's Office will forward the executed Amendment I to Mental Health for further processing.
