Background:
 
Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication a drainage easement situated through the southerly portion of Lot 134, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 115-380-14, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is being made by Kenneth F. Bernat and Christina C. Monsour, and is necessary due to recent grading and the installation of new drainage facilities.  The subject property location lies south of Green Valley Road, west of Bass Lake Road, in El Dorado Hills.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1)  Said Resolution will be recorded.
 
2)  A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
 
3)  A Certificate of Correction may be recorded.
