Reason for Recommendation: DOE/Weatherization Contract #07C-1658 allocates $51,802 for provision of DOE Weatherization services during the period July 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008. This federal funding augments other grant funding received for provision of Weatherization services to eligible El Dorado and Alpine County residents, providing long-range savings and energy conservation. The contract was received from the State on June 18, 2007, and processing was expedited. Electronic copy Contract #07C-1658 is not attached due to the volume of this document. Hard copy of the document is on file with the Board Clerk.

Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Clerk to provide Department with four copies of Contract #07C-1658 signed by Chairman and two Certified Resolutions.
