Funding for the project will come from the Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Program (TIM). There is no net County cost associated with this agenda item.

Reason for Recommendation:
The project is subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); the preparation of a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration has been completed and was approved by your Board on June 5, 2007 and the Notice of Determination was filed on June 6, 2007.

The research of all potentially affected parcels, and the acquisitions of portions of the subject parcels, are necessary from the subject property owners to enable the construction of the project.
