Fiscal Impact:  
The annual rental revenues of $8,400 will be deposited in the West Slope Capital Improvement Program and credited to the 2004 GP TIM fees.
 
Reason for Recommendation:
Property located at 6910 Perks Court, Placerville was purchased by the County as part of the Right of Way for the Missouri Flat Interchange Reconstruction project. A 1952 sq ft building is located on the property and is currently not being used. The County has contracted with Nehemiah Construction, Inc. to construct the Missouri Flat Interchange Phase 1A project.  Nehemiah Construction expressed an interest in the facility and the County would like an occupant in the facility for security purposes due to recent break ins in the area. Nehemiah will use the building for the sole purpose of conducting business related to staging and project management in furtherance of the Missouri Flat Interchange Reconstruction project.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
Board clerk will forward to General Services a fully executed original copy of Facility Use Agreement #111-L0811 for distribution and administration.
