Title: County Counsel recommending that the Board authorize the Chairperson to sign the Right of Entry Permits on behalf of the County once the signed Right of Entry Permits are received from the homeowners affected by the Angora Fire.

Body
Background: The Angora fire destroyed approximately 250 homes in the South Lake Tahoe area severely impacting the residents of that community.  Right of Entry permits have been requested in order for the County to gain access to private property.  The permits also provide for County reimbursement from insurance proceeds and holds the County and State harmless from damages.  
 
RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Approve
