Background: The Library has an ongoing agreement with SIRSI to provide maintenance, support and updates for the library's automated circulation sytem and member acitivity tracking database.
 
Reason for Recommendation:  The software support, maintenance and update service agreement with SIRSI Corporation is a perpetual agremeent that automatically renews each year.  The Library is advising the Board of perpetual agreements 069-V9911 and 393-S9911 with SIRSI Corporation in the amount of $32,681 for the period October 18, 2007 through October 17, 2008 for annual maintenance and support of the Library's automated circulation system.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:  Purchasing Agent to extend BP260445 and increase the amount by $32,681.00.
