Background:
On May 8, 2007 the Board set Final Budget hearings to commence September 10, 2007. In order to accommodate a number of scheduling conflicts, I recommend that Final Budget hearings commence September 17, 2007. The Board received the proposed FY 2007-08 work plan during the June workshops, so the Final Budget hearing should be abbreviated from those held in prior years.
