Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Approval of the attached Land Use Agreements will provide revenues of approximately $19,181.00 per year.
Background: Land and hanger space is available for lease by the public at both the Placerville and Georgetown Airports.
Reason for Recommendation: On January 30, 2007, items 29 & 30 were brought before this Board and were approved for a one year extention. General Services Department is recommending the Board of Supervisors approve the referenced Land Use Agreements commencing August 1, 2007 through June 30, 2017 for the aircraft storage hangars located at the Placerville Airport and the Georgetown Airport. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to change the rates from time to time. These leases are retroactive due to the process of obtaining signatures from Lessees for the agreements.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The Board Clerk's office will forward the executed agreements to General Services for distribution and administration.
