Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division, presenting a list of property for donation to the United Outreach of El Dorado County for use in the homeless shelter, Grace Place, and recommending the Board so declare and authorize donation of same in accordance with the procedures outlined in the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Chapter 3.12.; and further recommending the Purchasing Agent be authorized to execute Agreement 123-O0811 with United Outreach of El Dorado County for same.

Reason for Recommendation: The Human Services Department would like to donate 64 chairs and 19 tables. The 64 chairs and 19 tables will be used in the homeless shelter Grace Place. The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
Fiscal Impact: None.
Action to be taken following approval: Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with United Outreach of El Dorado County for the donation of said property.
