Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for drainage easements situated across the rear portion of Lots 61, 62 and 64 of Serrano Village J3B-Unit 2, along the northerly boundary of Lot 3 of Serrano Village K5-Unit 2, centrally for Lot 23 Serrano Village J3B-Unit 2, and across the southeasterly corner of Lot 36 Serrano Village J3B-Unit 2, for the subject properties identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 123-420-01, 123-420-02, 123-420-04, 123-410-13, 123-440-03, 123-430-06, respectively, being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted in Exhibits “B” through "F" of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is being made by GHC Company 5, LLC, and is necessary due to recent grading and the installation of new drainage facilities. The subject properties are located on Chardin Place and Barber Court, east of Silva Valley Parkway, north of Serrano Parkway and west of Bass Lake Road, in El Dorado Hills.
