Reason for Recommendation:  The Sheriff's Office would like to donate one (1) canine insert. This canine insert fits the older model Ford Crown Victoria that is no longer utilized by the Sheriff's Office.  The canine insert will be used in a canine vehicle by the Amador County Sheriff's Office.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with Amador County Sheriff's Office for the donation of said property.
