Background:
At a regular meeting held Tuesday, November 06, 2007 (Agenda Item 07-1631), the Board adopted Resolution's of Intention setting a public hearing for December 11, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room to consider changing the names of County Road No. 425 Gabbert Drive to Ponte Mornio Drive and County Road No. 426 Kevin Street to Palmero Circle. The County Surveyor's Office recommends that the Board of Supervisors adopt the following resolution's to change the road names.
Reason for Recommendation:
Cameron Park Ventures, the petitioners and owners of a proposed project (Ponte Palmero) are requesting the renames to complete the intended theme of the project. The Fire Department and Post Office have both reviewed and approved these road name changes.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The petitioners of the project shall install the appropriate street signs.
