Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:The total funding for this agreement is $90,000 for the two year contract. There is no Change to Net County Cost.
 
Background: River Oak Center for Children has been providing specialty mental health services for county minors for four years. These services include psychological evaluations, medication support, crisis intervention and individual and group counseling to children and families.
 
Reason for Recommendation:This agreement will allow for the continued provision of specialty mental health services for emotionally disturbed youth. This agreement will cover the period from date of execution through October 31, 2009.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:Board Clerk's Office will forward the executed agreement to Mental Health for further processing.
