Reason for Recommendation:
The Contract for the Pleasant Valley Two-Way Left Turn Lane Project Improvements (Project) on Pleasant Valley Road from State Route 49 to Pearl Place Road in the Diamond Springs area was executed by the Board on January 19, 2007. The Project was substantially completed on August 28, 2007.

The Board actions above will start legal time frames for guarantees, a lien period, and return of retention monies. Lorang Brothers Construction, Inc. acceptance of the final Contract cost is attached and summarized below:

Contract Change Orders $ 203,969.35
