RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Approve.

Reason for Recommendation:  The Sheriff's Office would like to donate one (1) Humvee vehicle (M1046 Utility Truck) that was originally obtained via the California Office of Criminal Justice Planning, Counter-Drug Procurement Program.  The Humvee vehicle (M1046 Utility Truck) will be used for law enforcement purposes.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with Calaveras County Sheriff's Office for the donation of said property.
