Background/Recommendation: On November 6, 2001, Agenda Item #80, the board allocated the sum of $1,000,000.00, for use in the development and construction of the Cameron Park Community Center pursuant to the County's Community Enhancement Program. Funding Agreement #209-F0611, with the Cameron Park CSD, was executed on August 30, 2005, and provides funding for the design and construction of the Cameron  Park Community Center. The original project completion date was for the Spring of 2007; however delays in the construction have made it necessary to extend  the project completion by one year.

Action to be taken following Board approval: Upon Chairman signature General Services will forward a fully executed Amendment I to the  Agreement to the Cameron Park Community Center.
