Background:
The County entered into a three-year agreement with Xerox for the maintenance service and supplies for the new Xerox 4110 Enterprise Printing System effective May 1, 2007. Due to contractual and shipping delays the printer was not physically installed until July 27, 2007. This amendment is to change the term of the maintenance from May 1, 2007-April 30, 2010 to July 27, 2007-July 26, 2010.
Reason for Recommendation:
To make the maintenance agreement commencement date concurrent with the installation date.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Board Clerk's Office shall forward one original copy of the fully executed contract Amendment I to Agreement # 010-S0811 with Xerox Corporation.
2) I.T. shall forward the fully executed original Amendment #2 to Agreement #C23-007 to Xerox Corporation with a letter to proceed.
