Background: On October 18, 2005 the Board of Supervisors authorized the Chairman to sign Resolution #306-2005 approving a contract with the Secretary of State for distribution of $18,798.57 in HAVA Section 261 federal grant funding.
El Dorado County has utilized $6,793.42 of the $18,798.57 originally awarded.

Action to be taken following Board approval: Resolution will be forwarded to Secretary of State and execution of the agreement will commence.
