Background:
Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right of way, including the underlying fee, and slope easements, situated across the easterly portion of Lot F, West Valley Village Unit 1A, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 118-190-01, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is being made by West Valley LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and is necessary to meet the condition requirements of TM 99-1359. The subject property location lies along Blackstone Parkway, east of Latrobe Road and south of White Rock Road, in El Dorado Hills.
The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offer at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
This item is to be approved concurrently with Legistar Reference No. 07-2015, which amends the West Valley Village Zone of Benefit #98612.
