Background: On October 7, 2003, agenda item #14 the Board approved Funding Agreement 240-F0411 with the Fairplay-Aukum Community Hall Association in the amount of $50,000.00 in Community Enhancement Funds for a term to expire December 31, 2004 for repairs to the Three Forks Grange Hall. Subsequently, Funding Agreement 240-F0411 expired. On September 1, 2007, General Services entered into a new replacement Funding Agreement 776-F0710 with the Association for a period of September 1, 2007 through December 31, 2008.

Amendment I to Funding Agreement 776-F0710 amends the delivery dates for the various items of work together with the disbursement of funds, as reflected in a revision to Exhibit A.  The subject amendment also extends the term date through June 30, 2009. This amendment request is the result of  budget changes within the Association together with construction delays.

Action to be taken following Board approval: Board Clerk's office will forward  the executed Amendment I to Agreement 776-F0710 to General Services for distribution, encumbrance and administration.
