RECOMMENDED ACTION: Planning Commission recommending the Board take the following action: 1. Adopt the negative declaration, as prepared; 2. Approve Z07-0020 rezoning Assessor's Parcel Number 051-230-33 from Estate Residential Ten-acre (RE-10) to Estate Residential Five-acre (RE-5), based on the findings listed on Attachment 1; and 3. Approve P07-0018, based on the findings and subject to the conditions listed on Attachment 1.
Background: These application were considered by the Planning Commission on January 24, 2008, and unanimously recommended for approval. The applicant was present but had no comment. There was no one present wishing to give input.
