Background:

Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right of way, including the underlying fee, a pedestrian easement, and a drainage easement, situated on Parcel 1 of PM #49/109, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 102-110-19, being more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and depicted in Exhibits "B" of the attached Resolutions. Said dedications are being made by Celtic Properties, a California General Partnership, and are necessary to meet the condition requirements of AZ06-0002, PD07-0005, and DR06-0008. The subject property location lies on the northwest corner of Green Valley Road and Starbuck Road, north of Highway 50, in Cameron Park.

The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution accepting said offer for road right of way, including the underlying fee, and acknowledging but rejecting said offers for a pedestrian easement, and a drainage easement, at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
