Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division, presenting a list of property for donation to the Tahoe Paradise Resort Improvement District for park maintenance and recommending the Board so declare and authorize donation of same in accordance with the procedures outlined in the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Chapter 3.12; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the required surplus property donation agreement with said District.

Reason for Recommendation: The Environmental Management Department would like to donate one (1) Kawasaki Bayou 2200 2-WD quad. The one (1) Kawasaki Bayou 2200 2-WD quad will be used for park maintenance. The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
Fiscal Impact: None.
Action to be taken following approval: Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with Tahoe Paradise Resort Improvement District for the donation of said property.
