Reason for Recommendation:  The Environmental Management Department would like to donate one (1) Kawasaki Bayou 2200 2-WD quad.  The one (1) Kawasaki Bayou 2200 2-WD quad will be used for park maintenance.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with Tahoe Paradise Resort Improvement District for the donation of said property.
