Background: Ordinance 4551 established the seven-member Historical Museum Commission. Two members, whose terms are expiring in 2010, are appointed from historically-oriented community groups. The five members identified above have agreed to be re-appointed for another four year term. All appointments to the Historical Museum Commission are appointed at large by the Board of Supervisors.
Reason for Recommendation: Appointments to fill expiring positions on the Historical Museum Commission.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Historical Museum Commssion appointees to be notified and begin their terms March 2008 to March 2012 at regularly scheduled meetings.
