Supervisor Baumann requests Board approve attached Resolution 49-2008 and authorize Chairman to sign a letter to the County Fire Marshall, approving a request by Pyro Spectaculars, Inc., to conduct a pyrotechnic display on private property, Saturday, March 15, 2008. This approval shall be contingent upon Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. complying fully with the necessary requirements, insurance, contracts and permits as directed by fire control authorities and local officials.
