Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division,  recommending the Board authorize donation of surplus property to the Western Slope Boys and Girls Club for use in their office, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Chapter 3.12.   
RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Approve.
 
Body
The Procurement and Contracts Division, Surplus Property Program would like to donate four (4) - five-drawer filing cabinets, and two (2) - three-drawer filing cabinets.  These filing cabinets will be used for standard office filing needs.  These items were declared surplus by the Board on February 12, 2008, item #27.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with the El Dorado County Western Slope Boys and Girls Club for the donation of said property.
