Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for pedestrian easements, situated on the northeast corner of Parcel 79 of PM #36/115, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 117-085-10, and the northwest corner of Parcel 1 of PM #41/37 and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolutions. Said dedications are being made by Tres Banditos, LLC, a California Limited Liability company and Arietta Enterprises, a California Partnership, and are necessary to meet the condition requirements of P05-0019, PD05-0017, and Z05-0020. The subject property locations lie on Hillsdale Circle, west of Latrobe Road and south of Highway 50, in El Dorado Hills Business Park.
The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolutions acknowledging but rejecting said offers for pedestrian easements at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
