Funded thru cost applied billings to appropriate departments.
Background: The County of El Dorado has historically purchased fuel from the City of South Lake Tahoe through a perpetual purchase agreement. Because the County of El Dorado has only a limited number of approved fueling facilities it is desired to have an active contract with the City of South Lake Tahoe to be used only by a select number of vehicles in the event of inclement weather or other emergency situations.
Reason for Recommendation: Perpetual contract for emergency fuel purchases.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Continuation of perpetual Agreement #204-O0411.
