Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:  None.  
Funding on reserve within Fleet Management Accident Fund.
 
Background:   General Services Fleet Division contracts with several local vendors for automotive body work services, including but not limited to, structural damage alignment, repairing and replacing sheet metal panels, welding, plastic repair, replacing parts, repairing or replacing glass, and refinishing vehicles to an original color match including paint mixing, tinting and blending.
 
Reason for Recommendation:  General Services Fleet Division coordinates and monitors preventive maintenance and repair work on the County's vehicle fleet.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:  The Chairman be authorized to sign Agreement for Services #739-S0811.  Board clerk will forward to General Services signed agreements for distribution and administration.
