Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: This amount has already been budgeted in the FY 2007-08 adopted budget.

Background: Each year the State of California issues AIDS Program funding to California counties to continue their work preventing, counseling, testing, and tracking HIV/AIDS. The documents include a Master Grant, which describes the terms/conditions and reimbursement/reporting procedures, and individual MOUs for each program being supported by the Grant that describe, in detail, the scope of work for that particular program.

Reason for Recommendation: The State is providing additional funding in FY 2007-08 to support an expansion of services for the HIV Prevention Program. These amendments are retroactive to July 1, 2007 due to the late ...
