Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for road right of way, including the underlying fee and a drainage easement, situated on Parcel A of PM #47/119, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 102-110-20, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolutions. Said dedications are being made by Starbuck Road 56, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and are necessary to meet the condition requirements of AZ06-0002, PD07-0005, and DR06-0008. The subject property location lies along Green Valley Road near the intersection of Starbuck Road, north of Highway 50, in Cameron Park.
The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution accepting said offer for road right of way, including the underlying fee, and acknowledging but rejecting said offer for a drainage easement at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
