Reason for Recommendation: The Sheriff's Department would like to donate one (1) K-9 Vehicle Insert. The K-9 Vehicle Insert will be used for law enforcement purposes. The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
Fiscal Impact: None.
Action to be taken following approval: Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with the Capitola Police Department for the donation of said property.
