Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None.
Background: El Dorado County receives funding for Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) services from the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs via the current multi-year (6/30/07 thru 7/1/10) NNA agreement and State Drug Medi-Cal programs. This is a three-year agreement that is adjusted periodically based on the prior year El Dorado County ADP Cost Report. This Budget Transfer Request reflects adjustment of Program allocations to accommodate the decrease in estimated FY 2007-08 funding.
Reason for Recommendation: Approval of this Budget Transfer Request will allow Public Health ADP to adjust program allocations based on actual incoming grant.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Chairman to sign Budget Transfer Request; Board Clerk to forward Budget Transfer to Auditor's office for posting.
