Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:  This contingency transfer will reflect an increase in net county cost of $15,000 in the Grand Jury budget.
 
Reason for Recommendation:  Expenditures in the Grand Jury budget, specifically costs associated with grand jury expenses and mileage, will exceed appropriations before year end.  A transfer from contingency will be required to pay remaining anticipated expenses.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:  Board Chair will sign the budget transfer.  The Auditor's ofice will process the budget transfer.
