Background:
Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right of way, including the underlying fee, and a slope easement, situated along the easterly portion of Parcel 1 of PM #37-10, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 109-230-11, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is being made by P W Eagle, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, as successor in interest of Eagle Pacific Industries, Inc., and is necessary to meet the condition requirements of P01-02, for the construction of improvements. The subject property location lies north of Durock Road and south of Highway 50, in Cameron Park.
The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution accepting said offer at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
