Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: There is no Change to Net County Cost.
Background: At its regular meeting of October 14, 2008 the Board of Supervisors approved the Agreement with Summitview Child Treatment Center, Inc.
Reason for Recommendation: The original Agreement contained incorrect Provisional Rates which the department realized after Board approval. This amendment will not affect the "not to exceed" amount of $1,000,000.00 and serves only to correct the Provisional Rates listed on page three (3) of the contract under Article III - Compensation for Services.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Chairman to sign Amendment I.
2) Board Clerk's Office to return one (1) Amendment to Department
3) Department to distribute as appropriate.
