Background:
In accordance with BOS Policy A-17, Computer and Data Systems Physical Security, adopted 06/17/1997 (revised 11/15/2005), Information Technologies has created an Information Security Strategic Plan (ISSP) for Fiscal Year 2008-09.  
 
Reason for Recommendation:
The plan outlines goals that provide the Chief Information Security Officer a roadmap to develop and establish a formal, countywide Security Program.
