The County will continue to receive annual revenue in the amount of $960.00 for a Rectangular Hangar pursuant to Resolution 232-2004.  There is no cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.  
 
Background:
The County entered into a Land Use Lease for Hangar Space H -35 with Jerry Baugh commencing on November 1, 1997 at the Placerville Airport.  
 
Reason for Recommendation:
Jerry Baugh desires to assign the Lease to William L. Willson of 2730 Texas Hill Road. Placerville, CA 95667 upon approval by your Board as provided in said Lease.  The Department of Transportation has no objection to this assignment.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. The Board Chairman to execute the Assignment and Amendment of Airport Land Use Lease in duplicate.
 
2. Clerk of the Board to return one fully-executed original of the Assignment and Amendment of Airport Land Use Lease to DOT for transmittal to new Lessee.
