Reason for Recommendation:  The Sheriff's Office would like to donate one (1) 1996 Jeep Cherokee.  The 1996 Jeep Cherokee will be auctioned off by the Rubicon Trail Foundation and proceeds will be used for maintenance and improvements on the Rubicon Trail.  The Purchasing Agent will donate said property in accordance with the Purchasing Ordinance as noted in Section 3.12.220 thereof.
 
Fiscal Impact:  None.
 
Action to be taken following approval:  Upon approval of the recommendation, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the surplus property donation agreement with the Rubicon Trail Foundation for the donation of said property.
