Reason for Recommendation:
Public utility and drainage easements shown on Ridgeview West Unit No. 1 final map recorded in Book I of Subdivision Maps at Page 52, were irrevocably offered in perpetuity to the County of El Dorado in September of 1999, and the Board of Supervisors accepted said offer for public utility easements, and acknowledged, but rejected said offer for drainage easements in December of 1999.

An application has been submitted by Leslie C. Juencke and Terry Woodruff, owners of Lots 10 and 11, requesting that the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors vacate a portion of the public utility easements and terminate and abandon the rejected offer for a portion of the drainage easements that are located along the side and rear boundary lines of Lots 10 and 11, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 120-600-10 and 120-600-11. Said easements are more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolutions for each lot.
