Background:

Reason for Recommendation:
Public utility easements shown on Swansboro Country Unit 7 final map, recorded in Book F of Subdivision Maps at Page 49, were irrevocably offered in perpetuity to the County of El Dorado in August of 1973, and the Board of Supervisors accepted said offer in May of 1975.

An application has been submitted by Nicholas J. Heyart and Linda L. Heyart, owners of Lot 543, requesting that the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors vacate the 15-foot wide EID easement situated centrally across Lot 543, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 085-381-04. The subject property is located on Adams Lane, south of Mosquito Road, in the unincorporated area of Swansboro Country, in El Dorado County. Said action is necessary to accommodate construction of improvements on the subject lot.

All other existing easements will remain. The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed the request and has no objection.
