Background: Contract #453S0711 has been in effect since 10/20/06. On 08/22/07 Diebold Election Systems changed their name to Premier Election Solutions. Ownership of the company did not change. This amendment is necessary to recognize this name change.
Reason for Recommendation: Remittances must now be made payable to Premier Election Solutions.
