Background: The board approved a contract with Eric Schlueter on June 3, 2008 for Indigent Defense Services. On September 4, 2008 Eric Schlueter Esq., changed his business structure to Eric Schlueter-A Professional Law Corporation. This amendment will change the structure.
Reason for Recommendation: Change in business structure.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Upon approval, Chief Administrative Office to process payment for October 2008.
