Background: The 29th annual "Apple Hill Harvest Run" event is sponsored by the Apple Hill Growers Association and the Camino School Parent Club.  Requested intersection and road closures are for the safety of the participants, volunteers and spectators along the course.
 
Reason for Recommendation: The Department of Transportation is recommending Board approval of the closure to allow for the safety and success of this community event.  Other involved agencies have made no objections to this closure.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval: The roads listed in the Resolution will be closed on Sunday, November 2, 2008 between 8:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. for the "Apple Hill Harvest Run" event.
