Supervisor Santiago, on behalf of the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council, recommending Myra Lowder be appointed to serve as the Designee Representative for District III for a term to expire January 2011; and recommending the Board accept the resignations of Mark Romagnolo, Public Agency Representative, District V and Elisa Herrera, Consumer Representative, District IV.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.
